Your order will be posted out to you within 2 working days of receiving payment. We only accept Paypal Payments UK (GBP) Cheques and Postal orders.
Replacements are only given on faulty products. whilst every effort is made to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, please note that we cannot be held responsible if orders arrive damaged.
All of our CDs and DVDs are sourced from and will work in the UK. Unless otherwise stated, the DVDs are PAL encoded. If you are not in the UK, you should check your manual to ensure PAL compatibility.
Faults with any of our DVDs must be reported to us with in 10 days of you receiving the order.
